How it works — all by email, no calls
- You pay the flat fee. One charge, $497 USD, all-in.
- You send your content by email. We send a short list of what we need.
- We build the five pages and email you a link to review.
- You send one round of changes by email. We make them.
- The site goes live on your domain once you add the DNS records we email you.
Domain and hosting
- Hosting is included for 12 months on our Cloudflare hosting.
- After 12 months, we keep hosting your site only while you have Website Care. Without Care, we send you the site files free to host anywhere.
- You keep owning your domain and your registrar login. We never need your passwords. We email you the exact DNS records to add.
- If you have no domain, you buy one in your own name from steps we send. We don't register domains for clients.

Website Care
- Small edits by email: text, a photo swap, hours or phone number (up to 3 requests a month)
- Hosting and SSL certificate renewal
- A monthly check that the site loads
Larger changes, such as new pages, are quoted separately in writing. Cancel any time by email; it ends at the next billing date, with no partial-month refunds. The first month falls under the refund policy. Your first 12 months of hosting are already included with the rebuild, so add Care when you want monthly edits.
